At BE LIT TIME, your satisfaction drives everything we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a smooth, transparent experience.
How Long Do I Have to Return My Watch?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your watch for a refund or exchange.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, protective films, and packaging must be intact
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or modification may be refused.
How to Start a Return
Email us at using the form in our Contact page with your order number.
We’ll provide the return address and instructions (typically our manufacturer’s hub in Shenzhen, China).
Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved? We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
PayPal refunds typically process faster
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged upon arrival.
Need an exchange? Contact us and we’ll sort it out.
Faulty or Damaged Item?
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know right away.
We’ll offer a full refund or replacement, no hassle.
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, email us ASAP.
We’ll do our best to stop it before it ships — but once it enters the fulfilment process, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
A 5% admin fee may apply for cancellations of unshipped orders to cover payment processing.
Customs & International Shipments
We ship globally, but customs duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
BE LIT TIME cannot refund delays caused by customs procedures or fees.
Warranty
Every BE LIT TIME watch is backed by our 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering:
- Quartz movement
- Spinning mechanism
- Strap links and buckles
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, wear and tear, or battery replacements.
